UPS® Intelligent Delivery History is a proof-of-delivery solution with dynamic search functionality and batch tracking which provides configurable storage capacity, visibility to digital signatures, and access to a package shipment status summary grid.
What are its features?
- A secure, web-based service which provides enhanced delivery data storage for up to 10 years
- Authorized users can obtain Proof of Delivery information with:
- Signature Image
- Delivery Address
- Reference numbers
- View time of delivery, full delivery address, name, and signature of shipment recipient
- Interactively query multiple PODs by tracking number, service, reference number, destination state, etc
- Batch tracking of up to 1000 tracking numbers per file
- Forward a compiled report of proof of delivery to end consumers or vendors
